The Fair Oaks Impact Fund helps residents bring great local ideas to life.

We fund small projects that make our community stronger — improving shared spaces, creating opportunities for kids, supporting the environment, and bringing neighbors together.

You don’t need to be part of a nonprofit or have any special credentials.

If your project makes Fair Oaks a better place to live, we want to hear about it.

• Typical grant size: $500–$5,000
• Who can apply: Anyone who lives or works in Fair Oaks
• What we fund: Projects that improve our community, environment, or public life
